Mental Health Resources

“Do not harm yourself, for we are all here.”

This is what the apostle Paul shouted to a man who was about to take his own life. He interrupted him in his darkest moment to let him know that he was not alone. And what he said to that man on that dark night, we say to you:

We are all here.

We all know that sometimes life becomes overwhelming, and so sometimes we get overwhelmed. We are here for you. Please reach out to our church office (732-291-8111), or directly to our pastor, Matt Agresti, and we will follow up as soon as possible. However, we also want to encourage you to reach out to any of the local or national resources below. We want to walk with you out of your darkness, and the organizations below will help with that walk.

If you find yourself in acute crisis, and suicide seems like the next best option: do not do it. Call someone immediately (including 911), and then contact us. We are all here for you.
