Central Learns is excited to offer a space for K-12 academic tutoring, skill reinforcement, enrichment, homework help, accelerated learning opportunities, and much more. Staffed by a group of background checked volunteers with diverse backgrounds and experiences – many of whom are former educators, Central Learns is a place where every student can be heard, met, and encouraged on their academic journey. Students are welcome to bring any homework that they need assistance with, and we will also have supplementary activities…
We are so excited that Central Youth is now meeting weekly on Wednesday nights at 7PM. It’s a chance for all kids from 6th grade through 12th grades to get out of the house, get together with some other kids, have some fun together, and learn a little bit about who God is. During the 9:30 service, we’re having our annual Christmas (Kids) pageant…it’s a great time to see the Christmas story in action. If you want your child(ren) to be involved, it’s not too late – we’ve got extra costumes and such for them! Just show up! And afterwards, we’re hosting our Christmas celebration – with brunch, games, and a special visit from you know who…with family photo ops as well! Everyone is welcomed and invited.
